COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gmf Robotics Karel parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gurley-Precision-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gmt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Habonim product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gurley-Precision-Instruments such as the 8235H3600CDPA1000M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GBK35SLBJ manufactured by Gmt and we are pleased to be able to service most Gmt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C20 by Manufacturer Habonim as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hankwang Brand FC3015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hannstar such as 8CG48SW1A2 equipment made by Hannstar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hannstar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hannstar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 845191 made by Grove-Gear as well as the popular 2X104349001 original spares produced by Gtr Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ep5n by Gs and 8CG48SW1A2 spares by Hannstar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 18066900A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Haas. |
